A New Framework of Green Transition of Cultivated Land-Use for the Coordination among the Water-Land-Food-Carbon Nexus in China

As a fundamental solution to the ecological problems of resources and environment, Green Transition Cultivated Land-use (GTCL) has become an inherent requirement for promoting progress implementing food security strategy in new era. This paper proposed theoretical framework GTCL constructed development index system based on four aspects: water, land, carbon; then, by applying comprehensive evaluation model, coupling coordination model exploratory spatial data analysis, level China’s 31 provinces, municipalities autonomous regions 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 2020 was evaluated temporal rates change “water, carbon” (WLFC) their were finally analyzed reveal effect GTCL. Results showed that systemic changes WLFC its degree presented coincidence with high consistency; from 2000 2020, overall rate all Chinese “W”-shaped fluctuation uptrend. In past five years, higher Northeast China, followed Central China North while South at low level. addition, more obvious fluctuation, good lower East Southwest China. Therefore, according results study, areas divided into: benefit leading area, quality improvement connotation tapping potential ductile area reserve regulation regions.
